Sexting and the Law, Reprised

My friend Lane M apparently testified before a committee of the Louisiana Legislature - and urged the members to recognize that "sexting" usually involves simple immaturity...as they contemplated a minimum penalty of 10 days in jail.

Good for Lane.  As I've stated here before, this is not a legal problem but a problem of behavior and common sense.
