So, after 7 years of using the state's transportation fund as the state's ATM, we now learn that the fact that the Zoo interchange in Milwaukee is structurally unsound and a danger to public safety is Tommy Thompson and Scott McCallum's fault.
Right. Because after only 7 years in the Governor's office Doyle is still trying to figure out how to arrange the furniture.
No one seriously believes that transportation projects are set in stone a decade in advance. Gov. Doyle is looking for someone to blame and he is grasping at straws with this one. There is simply no one to blame but his administration.
