Paul Ryan nails the problem with the national GOP right now. I'm not saying that they don't have any ideas, but they seem to be willing to just let the Democrats shoot themselves in the foot rather than attack them with alternatives.
As for whether or not Ryan is becoming a lone wolf in DC, that's Boehner and Cantor and Pence's problem - not Ryan's. If they're willing to push the one guy offering solutions aside, then they should not be in leadership in the first place.
I think Paul is absolutely correct: "I’m worried that if we get the majority back by default, we’ll screw up again."
