Among those taken in were another bloger Ali Novruzov [editor: his blog is here, creators of AN Network Rashad Shirin [editor: I believe this refers to this Facebook group protested the Aliev regime in Azerbaijan], Emin Milli, Nigar Fatali, and Arjen de Wolf (head of NDI) [editor: their site here- who was there actually to observe- and a number of other youth activists.
A sad day indeed.
