Last night, while out at The Columns with a number of friends who read the blog, we wandered into a chat about poets as we expunged exams from our systems, dredging up material many of us hadn't thought about much since high school or college.  It turned into a very interesting discussion.

So, a very simple query on that same theme: who is your favorite poet?
