Too bad

I can't help but feel sorry at the result of this decision, the biggest scandal Neenah has had going lately:

The Neenah City Council voted 7-2 to enact an ordinance that bans residents from keeping roosters and limits them to keeping four hens.

Neenah's only legally permitted rooster, Jake, has 30 days to fly the coop.
